This client needed an entire coffee bagging line moved with limited downtime. With careful planning, layout design, and utility management, we successfully decommissioned, moved, and recommissioned the line in less than two days. The LP process included exact layouts through AutoCAD, material delivery before all work, and management of electricians and a rigging crew. In addition, LP performed all decommissioning and recommissioning of the mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical components. The work was done efficiently and allotted us the extra time to move additional equipment within the two-day time frame, capitalizing on the presence of the rigging crew without incurring additional costs.

This client needed to obtain a product counter and diverter. LP was able to utilize an existing conveyor that was no longer in use and designed a counter diverter machine to retrofit to their conveyor. The work from initial design to finished, validated product only took a few weeks.
