"The team at Launch Partners in Arvada, CO have been fabulous to work with. From the moment we contacted them to assist us in a large automation project they have been extremely prompt, professional and courteous. The solutions that were suggested and implemented by their team were extremely accurate and solved the challenges that we were experiencing. The understanding of our processes, the strict budget and timeline were key to the success of the project, and they excelled in that. I would not hesitate to use Launch Partners in future projects."
- Alan L., Spark Grills
“I invented a new food product that no one knew how to manufacture - I consulted with many manufacturing experts and co-packers, and no one had a clue how to manufacture my product. But Taylor and the Launch Partners team listened carefully to our requirements, thought outside the box, and built a custom machine that makes our product at a high throughput. A year later we've made over 400,000 units of this product, and the Launch Partners team has been by our side the whole way”
- Sri Artham, Hooray Foods
“We launched a few products that were rapidly growing and we needed to scale our manufacturing operations. We hired Launch to workshop our operations and identify paths to scale. They immediately identified that we didn't have the resources to scale as rapidly as the demand required and immediately pivoted, helping us source and vet the right co-manufacturer. As a result, we were equipped to keep up with our very rapidly growing brand launch.”

Taylor is a multi-faceted, generalist engineering leader who has brought many companies through significant growth phases. Early in his career, in areas outside of food and beverage, Taylor worked his way up through a small, high-powered aerospace engineering firm, a nuclear waste cleanup company, and finished as the first head of industrial automation for a small company looking to expand its services.
Meanwhile, his friends had started a small natural hummus company, Hope Foods, and required their first truly technical hire. To start that position, he built out the first iteration of a 60K SF building to optimize the needs around production, warehousing, and office space. Then, over five years, that same facility and production line was rebuilt about ten times to accommodate further production demand, automated CIP, wastewater pre-treatment system, line extensions, and to incorporate lean production concepts into Hope's way of operating. The final rebuild (estimated project cost ~$7.5M) left Hope with about $80M annual run rate capacity. It reduced the square footage of actual production from ~2,000 SF (meeting demand of ~$2M/year) to ~1,600 SF, meeting a demand of ~$20MM/year. Unfortunately, this left him with very little to do except for continuous improvement.
In March of 2017, Taylor left Hope to start Launch Partners. The boutique engineering firm was founded with the vision to help small to medium-sized companies take on the technical challenges associated with significant growth. Since founding Launch, he has been a leader on many more core & shell build-outs for various clients in the food industry. Launch began scaling in the summer of 2020 and has been growing ever since.
