This aggressive and ambitious client came to LP with an unstable product they needed to scale to launch. We provided them a filler in time to fill orders, and they have yet to short a customer. Their product was challenging, and unlike any other process & recipe, LP was able to design a filling machine that controlled the flow of 30 nozzles to dose three types of batter simultaneously, all while monitoring the dose of all nozzles. Industry-leading accuracy was provided with impossible-to-beat lead times.  Later the company changed its recipe, and LP designed and built an entirely different filler within a few short months from the starting conversations to delivery and successful commissioning of the machine.
