LP designed, managed, and installed a full hummus production process into less than 1500 square feet that was capable of $80M in annual revenue. The work cell was compact yet robust. Waste Water Pre-Treatment System - Food Manufacturing

LP worked alongside this client to address their municipality to adhere to their wastewater treatment requirements.  We sourced and installed a complete wastewater pretreatment system to adjust pH and temperature before it went to the city.  A future DAF solids removal system was accounted for in the first phase of the build.
