Design, build, and integration of a steam jacketed mixer built to complete temperature control and accurate dosing into downstream bag filler. LP outfitted the control cabinet with remote access, as we do with most out-of-state projects, for ease of access and quick response to downtime events.
This client needed their brine room process moved from a mezzanine second floor onto the ground level. In addition to the move, they required their brine process to be automated. The goal was to accurately dose a mixing tank and dispense it completely into three holding tanks and two filling machines. LP accomplished this task in one week and repiped their RO water into the new room. While setting up the automated equipment, LP also managed a team of welders, completing their work within the time constraint, allowing for a full day of testing and validation before beginning production.
