Sourced a can sealing inspection machine. Created 2D models of the current Boulder facility. Created optimized 2D layouts of canning room with line expansion to 2 fillers. Created 2D layouts of future Broomfield facility, including canning room and tank battery layout. Created Process and Instrumentation Drawings for Broomfield location. Built and installed boiler control cabinet with HMI to show HLT temperature and level. The controls cabinet was designed to expand and integrate future automation efforts.  Sized and presented HX, Chiller, and Mezzanine options for adding to the filling line.
